Audra and Phil manage a guest ranch in Payson, Arizona. When they are't working around the ranch and driving horses they enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking and exploring Arizona. Their favorite trip is taking the horses camping and exploring across country in the marathon cart with their friends, Jay and Wendy Parkinson, who also own a carriage business, Dancing Drafts in Sedona, AZ. Phillip enjoys spending time in his vegetable garden. Audra is a free-lance journalist for Draft Horse Journal and is the Tres/Sect of the Arizona Draft Horse and Mule Association.
Audra- (with Ellie) The primary driver for Country Carriage. She has been driving for 14 years, 3 years commercially. She takes care of all the horses at home and does all the training and exercising.
Jere- Part time groomer, handler and handyman. If you need to get something done- this is your man! Ask and you shall receive! He has been able to repair and custom build anything needed for the carriages that we might need.

Phillip- is the "muscle" behind Country Cottage. He loads all the equipment for an event amd makes sure everyone gets in and out of the carriage safely at events. Phillip takes care of maintaining all of the carriages.
Sharry- Part time caregiver and handler. We can call on her for any help that we might need and she'll be there. She's the one that will sneak a carrot or two to the horses when no one is looking!
ELLIE- Ellie is a big part of our "team". She has been with us every step of the way with training our horses. She usually stays home during events, but she is with us everyday to feed and work the horses!! |
